Jim Wagoner

As a native of Greensboro, NC, I grew up camping and hiking with family and friends in the North Carolina Mountains. Spending many memorable week-ends at Hanging Rock State Park helped develop my love and appreciation for the mountains. Once old enough to venture out on my own, I quickly took advantage of the 30 cent per gallon gasoline and headed north to discover the treasures of Patrick, Carroll, Floyd, and Grayson counties in southwest Virginia.

Throughout 30 plus years of working in manufacturing engineering and management while living in several surrounding states, this area of Virginia remained a constant destination for my wife, Barbara, and me for camping, hiking and motorcycling. I was fortunate enough in 2004 to realize my dream of calling Meadows of Dan, VA home and became a licensed VA Realtor in 2005. Though I have traveled a large part of the country, had a few excursions abroad and over neighboring borders, I have found no place that I would rather call home. Through my love of the area and commitment to dedicated client service, I hope you will allow me the opportunity to bring you to the same conclusion.
